For accomplished business owners and senior professionals. Admission is selective. Permanent residence requires a National Innovation Visa invitation and approval.
Funds research, venture development and programme delivery. The commitment is programme expenditure, with no scheduled capital repayment.
You bring an established professional record and the programme commitment. Specialists coordinate the research, enterprise and immigration work around your assessed profile.
Your business history, leadership experience and achievements are reviewed before admission. The delivery team assesses whether your profile is suitable for the programme and an NIV application.
A research project is matched to your expertise. Specialists develop the venture plan, coordinate institutional arrangements and support the establishment of your Australian company.
Immigration lawyers prepare the evidence with you while the delivery team works to secure institutional support and government-agency nomination. An invitation is required before the visa application can be lodged.
Research institutions, incubation specialists and Australian immigration lawyers handle the technical work. You provide your credentials, make the required decisions and participate in the agreed project activities.
The pathway is designed for business owners, founders and senior professionals with a credible record of leadership and achievement.
Relevant evidence may include entrepreneurial success, business growth, awards, high remuneration or significant accomplishments in your field. Your credentials and proposed contribution are assessed together.
The first step is a review of your professional profile. Programme acceptance follows a separate intake selection process.
Funds the managed research and enterprise programme, including the principal applicant’s immigration services.
The commitment is spent on research and programme delivery. There is no scheduled repayment of the US$250,000 and no promised investment return.
Your written quotation and agreement confirm the scope, government charges, family-related costs and any additional third-party expenses. This figure is not presented as an all-inclusive family price.
Following formal acceptance, a US$10,000 deposit secures the programme place. The remaining US$240,000 is payable within three weeks, under the agreed term sheet.
Programme fees are held in the delivery provider’s holding account until the agreed milestones are achieved. The account arrangements and release conditions are defined in your contract.
Under the standard terms, the full US$250,000 programme fee becomes non-refundable when you receive an invitation to apply for the NIV. An invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
Earlier cancellation and refund provisions are set out in the signed agreement and should be reviewed before payment.
Profile review, programme discussions, selection interview and, if accepted, the formal offer and term sheet.
Prepare professional evidence, research arrangements, the business plan and nomination materials.
Submit the expression of interest with the supporting nomination, if secured. Invitation timing is determined by Home Affairs.
If invited, lodge within 60 days. Home Affairs assesses the application; permanent residence follows approval.
The sequential stage estimates total approximately 11–19 months after signing, plus intake. These are delivery programme estimates, not official processing commitments. Preparation, nomination, invitation and visa assessment may take longer; an invitation or approval is not assured.
A successful NIV application grants permanent residence directly. You can plan your Australian future with permanent status from the outset.
Permanent residence provides the right to live in Australia and access work and study opportunities.
Eligible family members can be considered within the application, subject to relationship, dependency and other applicable requirements.
Access Medicare and, if you later satisfy the applicable conditions, consider Australian citizenship. Residence and travel requirements should be reviewed for your plans.
The essentials on qualifications, programme expenditure and the immigration process.
It is a privately delivered research and enterprise programme supporting an application under Australia’s National Innovation Visa. The US$250,000 funds the managed programme. It is not a statutory investment threshold that automatically qualifies a person for residence; professional achievements, nomination, invitation and visa eligibility remain essential.
The programme targets accomplished business owners and senior professionals. Specialists match your assessed expertise with a research project and coordinate research and venture support. You still need a credible professional record and must meet the NIV requirements.
Research matching, business planning, institutional coordination, company administration, project support and immigration preparation are managed by specialists. You participate in interviews, provide documents and evidence, work with your lawyer and fulfil the responsibilities in the project agreement.
There is no scheduled capital repayment. The fee funds research, venture development and programme delivery. Any cancellation refund depends on the signed agreement and the stage reached; under standard terms, the full fee becomes non-refundable upon invitation to apply for the NIV.
A qualifying Form 1000 nomination by an expert Australian Commonwealth, State or Territory government agency places a candidate in Priority Two of the NIV consideration framework. The programme works towards securing this nomination. Priority consideration does not guarantee an invitation or visa grant.
Yes. The NIV is a permanent visa, so permanent residence is granted upon approval. This pathway does not require an interim temporary residence visa. Programme admission or an invitation to apply is not itself a grant of permanent residence.
Eligible family members may be included subject to the applicable visa rules. Family composition, documentation, government charges and any additional services are reviewed individually and confirmed in the written quotation.
No. Admission reflects the delivery team’s assessment of your suitability. Home Affairs independently decides whether to invite you and whether your subsequent application meets the visa requirements. An invitation is not a pre-assessment of eligibility for visa grant.
